Handcrafted by Anna was born out of a love for creating and putting together thoughtful gifts. What began as a creative passion has evolved into a collection of handmade pieces, personalised keepsakes and carefully curated gifts.

From one-of-a-kind creations to gift baskets thoughtfully put together for someone special, the idea remains the same: to make gifting feel a little more personal and meaningful.

Meet Anna

The hands behind the creations

Hello, I’m Anna, the founder and creative artist behind Handcrafted by Anna.

I’m a dentist by profession, but creativity has always been a part of who I am. My work is rooted in two crafts I particularly love: pyrography (wood burning) and fibre art, with wood and fibre forming the heart of many of my creations.

What I love most is that creativity has no boundaries. There’s always a new material to experiment with, a technique to learn or an idea waiting to take shape. It’s this freedom to explore that makes Handcrafted by Anna an ever-growing collection of unique, one-of-a-kind creations.

Our Approach to Sustainability

Creating with care

Sustainability is something I try to bring into my creative process wherever possible.

From working with reclaimed wood and recycled cotton yarn to finding new uses for fabric scraps and leftover materials, I believe small, thoughtful choices can make a difference.

It’s an evolving journey, one that encourages me to create more consciously while keeping the joy of handmade art at the heart of what I do.

At Handcrafted by Anna, every creation is made with care and every order is handled with thought and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This page explains our ordering process, personalisation, delivery, payments, returns and customer support.

2. Our Products

Our collections include handmade and artisan pieces, personalised products, curated gift boxes and bespoke creations.

As many of our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, grain, finish and detailing may occur. These natural differences are part of the character of handmade work.

Product photographs are provided as a guide. The final appearance of handmade or personalised pieces may have minor individual variations.

3. Orders & Personalisation

Orders and enquiries can be placed through our available contact channels, including WhatsApp Business and Instagram.

For personalised and bespoke orders, customers should provide all relevant details, including names, dates, wording, design preferences and other customisation requirements.

Where necessary, a design or personalisation preview will be shared for approval before production begins.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking spelling, names, dates and other supplied details before approving a design. Production will proceed based on the details confirmed by the customer.

Order Confirmation

An enquiry, quotation or verbal agreement does not constitute a confirmed order.

An order will be considered confirmed only after the customer has reviewed and agreed to the product details, personalisation requirements (where applicable), price and estimated timeline, and the required payment has been received.

For personalised and bespoke orders, production will begin only after payment has been received and all relevant design details have been approved.

Payment instructions will be shared directly with the customer before the order is finalised.

4. Order Preparation & Delivery

We currently offer delivery within Qatar.

  • Ready-made products: Usually 1–2 days.
  • Personalised products: Usually 3–7 days, depending on the level of customisation.

These are estimated timelines from order confirmation. The expected delivery date will be communicated when the order is placed.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, delivery and dispatch arrangements will be discussed and confirmed based on the order quantity, requirements and delivery schedule.

If an unexpected delay arises, we will communicate the revised timeline to the customer.

Applicable delivery charges will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

5. Exchange & Return Policy

Change-of-Mind Returns

Eligible standard, ready-made products may be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned with its original packaging and accompanying items.
  • The customer must contact us within the seven-day period to request a return.
  • The return must be approved by Handcrafted by Anna before the product is sent back.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Personalised & Bespoke Products

Personalised, customised and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer.

Change-of-mind returns or cancellations may therefore not be accepted once production has commenced.

This does not affect a customer's rights in the event that a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to applicable requirements.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If an order arrives damaged, defective or different from what was confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs, where relevant.

We will review the concern and work towards an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable Qatar consumer-protection requirements. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement or refund.

Our seven-day change-of-mind return policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Qatar law.

6. Return Collection & Delivery Costs

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return delivery or collection cost.

Where requested, Handcrafted by Anna can arrange collection from the customer's location within Qatar. Any applicable collection fee will be communicated and agreed upon before collection is arranged.

Where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, reasonable return collection arrangements and associated costs will be handled by Handcrafted by Anna, in accordance with applicable consumer-protection requirements.

7. Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will generally be processed within 3–14 business days.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the original payment method and the relevant payment provider.

Customers will be notified once their refund has been processed.

8. Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Requests made before production begins will be reviewed and accommodated where possible.

Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible, particularly for personalised and bespoke products.

This does not affect any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

9. Payment Information

At present, orders are confirmed through direct communication with Handcrafted by Anna.

Payment instructions and applicable payment arrangements will be shared with the customer before the order is finalised.

Payment must be received before an order is considered confirmed. Production will begin only after the order has been confirmed and, for personalised or bespoke products, the relevant design details have been approved.

Online payment facilities may be introduced in the future. Any available payment methods will be clearly communicated when they become available.

10. Customer Care & Complaints

We value our customers and aim to resolve questions or concerns fairly and promptly.

11. Privacy & Customer Information

We collect and use customer information only where reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, process orders, arrange personalisation, coordinate delivery and provide after-sales support.

Customer information will be handled with care and will not be shared for unrelated purposes. Information may be shared where necessary to fulfil an order, work with relevant service providers, comply with legal obligations or where otherwise permitted by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information shared with us.

12. Policy Updates

These policies may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or applicable requirements.

The latest version published on our website will apply to new orders from its stated effective date.
